Terms and Conditions

• All tours must be booked in advance via our official website
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation
• Prices are listed in USD and include all tastings and gift items

• You may reschedule your tour once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice
• Cancellations are non-refundable, but rescheduling is permitted

• We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, vendor availability, or unforeseen circumstances
• Any changes will be communicated promptly

By participating, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own safety and belongings
• Naija Food Tour is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during the tour
• You are physically able to participate in a walking tour

• Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional use
• If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform your guide before the tour begins

We strive to create a respectful and inclusive environment. Participants must:

• Behave courteously toward guides, vendors, and fellow guests
• Refrain from disruptive or offensive behavior
• Follow instructions from tour staff at all times

Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

• Children aged 10 and above are welcome with adult supervision
• Please inform us of any accessibility needs during booking
