  • Refuse bookings or participation to individuals for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

4. Payments and Bookings

  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Online payments are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store full payment card information.
  • By making a payment, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. User Obligations

When using our Site or participating in our tours, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information;
  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour;
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Site or its systems;

6. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional use
  • If you prefer not to appear in the media, please inform your guide before the tour begins

7. Children & Accessibility

  • Children are welcome with adult supervision. Each child between (0 to 9) must have an adult supervising them. 

8. Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for your own safety and belongings
  • Naija Food Tour is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during the tour
  • You are physically able to participate in a walking tour

9. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect and process limited personal data (including your name, email, phone number, and ID card details) for verification, booking, and safety purposes.

Your use of our Site and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

10. Safety and Conduct During Tours

For your safety and the enjoyment of others, you agree to:

  • Follow all instructions from Naija Food Tour guides and representatives.
  • Behave respectfully toward other participants and local communities;
  • Avoid any conduct that could endanger yourself or others.

We reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately or violate local laws — no refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Naija Food Tour.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
